Rachelle is an educator by background and experience, with a master’s degree from the University Of Buffalo, USA earned in 1999. Rachelle brings to our team a deep knowledge of working with children with special needs. She has been an essential part of our team development, specializing in equipping teachers and in overseeing the implementation of teacher training into the classroom setting. She has also directed the development of educational resources.
Ubad Gargaar Special Needs Center was established in 2019 as a result of an unmet felt need from within the local community. There was an increasing demand from parents of special needs children looking for competent service providers.
