Muse is a dedicated professional with a diverse background and a passion for making a difference. Holding an Bachelor of Engineering degree, Muse has expanded his expertise through specialized training in SCERTS, Special Education, Psychology, Nursing and Management. His journey has led his to the role of UGC manager, bringing a pure heart and deep compassion for children and families with special needs. His mission is to contribute to their well-being, drawing on multidisciplinary skills to create a positive impact. He also serves as a key connecting point in communication between parents and the UGC.
Ubad Gargaar Special Needs Center was established in 2019 as a result of an unmet felt need from within the local community. There was an increasing demand from parents of special needs children looking for competent service providers.
